Using transparent images in Visual Basic 5 & 6
There are 3 ways for doing this :
1.using transparent gif and ico
this is the first and the easiest one:
the most easiest way is to create gif and ico formats which are supported
by vb6.png format is not supported in vb 6 so convert png to gif (you can do
this using gimp, photoshop and any other image editor).ico format conversion can also be done using gimp using export in file menu but the only problem with this method is that you will have slight problem when these gif transparent images are overlapped
but in the ico format you will not have this problem.if you are using picture box select its border style as none
